horrible mouse lag

hi guys,
so i'm hoping to get into 99 awesomeness again and downloaded the demo but the mouselag is just beyond insane. how can i fix this or is this maybe an issue fixed in the final version (patches)? vsync is off

i know that option obviously, it just makes the mouse more sensitive but the lag is still there. what i meant by mouselag is that the mouse just feels really sluggish, like you are drawing it through pudding, no way to aim like that

on input u can change the sensitivity (i have it on 6.00) that will change it in game aiming wise
