Chef of Hell skin does not work

I want to make the Chef of Hell (Xan skin) final ....but ....for some reason it doesn't work.
I can send you the .U and .utx if some one want to check what I did wrong.

I wanted this skin as give-away for the Fans of the mod.

It doesn't show up in game ... I use the skinmaker tool and it worked the last time I made a skin. But now.
The skinmaker is not able to save your project (even if keep telling you it would save something) ...your project is not loadable again.
So I used PSD for every skin part and the skinmaker should convert it without problems in .UTX ...the texture is there ready to use but. I could open it in Ued.
But the .U file seems to be broken somehow. I can't use it as player and not even for Bots.

When you say Xan skin do you mean for the Boss model?

I notice you said nothing about the .int file. Maybe your problem lies therein.

ok? ...there was no .INT ...G-dammit! Where is this thing?
I report later if this could be the problem.

Well ...I am a little bit dumb-sighted... there was no .U it was a .INT what was created from skinmaker.
And ...oh surprise... it still doesn't work. Ok I downloaded the original tutorial (side rip) to the skinmaker.
I'll be back...

Show me the content of the .int file. It could be something simple.

I know what the problem. Project name must have prefix "boss." and then the name of skin. Now compile it, and have fun.

BossSkins_ is the missing prefix ...yeah, I changed it and (atention) changed it in the .INT as well.
It works now thank you all ...

That is very cool looking. Should see if you can find a Swedish Chef voicepack for it...
