Removing Dedicated LAN Servers

Postby Sharune » Wed Feb 02, 2011 2:44 am

I've been scouring the internet but haven't found anything other than console commands to reboot servers, so is there any way to just plain get rid of them? I mean, do they have a physical location I can delete or a .ini file setting I can remove so that they stop showing up on the server list? Rebooting the cable modem/router doesn't seem to do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I would just like to make it so that when I hit refresh I don't see any LAN servers. I did two test LAN servers to see if I could get one running but accidentally made them dedicated so I would like to get rid of them and don't know how.

You'll need to stop them and they will disappear. Go into your Windows Task Manager and kill anything Unreal.

Also...
Usually there is a UT icon down in your system tray in the lower right side corner of your screen.
Just right click on them and end them by clicking on "Exit".
