actually, i wasn't sure if it was a sun or a moon, so i called it an orb it does look too big...
actually, you may consider just ditching it and refine the sunset lighting/coloring to more sunsetting/twilight - like it just went down below the horizon... that might look better considering you can see stars at this time of day and your ambient levels are low (darker)
Haha! Poor Sun, be all mistaken for a moon-n-shit! I'll agree with Frag, however, if you decreased the overall size and applied a nice lens flare I think it would look great. Something to try.
I think I`ll need a better graphics card in order to play your map one day...

i was thinking i might just screw all the photoshop texture work this needs and just use a standard swanky mix (pandemonium, dna etc) so it feels more techy/unreal and less modern urban... then again, all the work that's been done so far would be a waste ...

Agreed with Crev. It's FallenAngel, right? Damn, those pics made me to finally get off my lazy a_s and try to make some textures for my FF mod map... But not having anything photoshop-ish (other than an old version of Paint.net) really ain't helping me Oh, well, with that paint.net atleast I recolloured some of the botpack textures for my other map today .
