I noticed JackGriffin isn't here anymore. When I click on his name it always says "that user does not exist".
So why is it he's still on the peak posters' list?

Maybe he's not really gone. Maybe you only think he's gone but he keeps logging in without commenting, waiting for the moment to "jump out of the bushes" to surprise you.

Alex IS gone. He stated he would not return ... understandable. At least there is no reason for him staying a staff member anymore.

The Jack posts issue is a phpBB problem (or feature, depending on your perspective lol). At least idk any setting to avoid it.
The Alex being still staff thing, that's up with Shade to do something (my current permissions in the forum do not allow me to change anything at staff level).
