Convert from UT2004 for CTF with
X-Vehicles this map:
VCTF-No_Name_Yet_B2
This map need XVehicles at least v59 for load:

- Added XJumpPads
- Added XWeaponLockers
- Now require Xvehicles at least v18!
- More signs to specify base location.
- Fix bots stuck on respawn.

I think i would line the walls with gun turrets, so being in a vehicle on certain routs would be hard, but the quickest way to get to the other flag.
