UT3 from UT99.

I installed UT3 had the patch and bonus pack.
But everything on this page is all targeted to I exactly what I wanted to know and not too much, about the importing from UT99.

I will check it out and see what happens, I have a few one brush maps that might work perfectly.
He says scale it 2, but what I did to make it match is compare what you see on old game then make it the same as the new game, for map scale, count bricks. Then compare that to jump height so it works the same as the old map, might have to stretch scale the map to accommodate physics but keep it looking the same.or close.
