I believe I found what the problem is. This time I kept the NewXanSkins and NewWarmachineBoss Dark Edition skins files in, but removed the BP4Dark Edition int and u files. (I kept in the skeletalcharsfix313 files in as well) and there was no freezing. I looked at Bp4DarkEdition.int with a text editor and found out that the files are BP4DarkEdition.WarBossFix313 and BP4DarkEdition.XanMk2Fix313 and thought, Hey wait a minute, its essentially just another version of the skeletalcharsfix313 files! (They both allow you to use other skins with the Xan II and War Boss models). So basically it was just them fighting with each other, you either have to use one or the other.

Basically dont have both skin fixes in there, use one or the other in your System folder. (Either have the skeletalcharsfix313 by Pseudorandom files OR the BP4DarkEdition files to allow you to use any of the other skins for those models, they pretty much do the same thing so it was probably what was causing my hangings.) Mystery solved, problem fixed.
