I don't like it. Not looks like the old Liandri map. Why don't just copy the real brushes from UT99 and import it to UT4.
Would be better, re-texture the whole maps with HD textures and add more detail, but this... UT4 Will be a new trash like UT2K3,UT2K4,UT3...
And that's the same for the weapons.

I actually think it looks wicked .. very open and detailed but not ut3 detailed.. looks stunning IMO
very slick / clean looking.

It's not supposed to look like it, it's just loosely based on it. There's a youtube video that goes along with it, where the mapper described the development of that map. he also stated it's not done yet, it's just a rough cut... which with as much detail as it has there I'm fairly impressed by his definition of "rough".

I don't recognize Liandri in that screenshot.

All those pipes make it feel like inside a submarine or a navy ship.

Why is that screenshot 10k res anyways?? Nobody is going to play UT at 10k lol.

That map isn't DM-Liandri, it just have Lindri writen there.

According to the talk they aren't going to repeat UT3 direction of art.

OMG I feel sick after watching those videos. The movement/gameplay and the weapons are garbage. They look just like UT3 which wasn't very fun. I really hope thats not real because if so thats a complete turn off

I did play a test version which had a pistol like weapon/enforcer and it looks and felt good. But was nothing like those videos. BLeh terrible


Also UT4 test lagged like crazy for me. which sucks because UT3 ran fine. So most people probably aren't going to mbe able to play it without an upgrade

They need to bring back the feel of UT99.. I thought that UT4 was going to finally be the update everyone from 99 was waiting for. But I guess I was wrong.. So mad
