Hello there!
I'm trying to find the best way to display a welcome message when a user join my server.
Using the built-in motd on UnrealTournament.ini (MOTDLine1, MOTDLine2, etc) is limited as the message fade out too fast and I didn't find a way to extend it.
Ideally I'd like some kind of popup to be displayed when the user log in that he have to close manually, or at least a way to display a message for more than 5 seconds.
