Recently made a Starfleet skin, decided to make it for both genders. Basically using the same textures for both with slight alterations.
Male Soldier (left) Female Soldier (right):
All textures for both are 256x256, but the female textures don't fill all of that like the male ones do. Female on 256x256 for the #1 texture are 252x251.
But for the #2 texture...
...female fills only 256x239.
You cannot simply use the same textures for both as things don't line up the same on both models.
The #3 texture (shoulders & upper arms) more or less does line up the same.
#4 texture is a little odd, as it makes room for the ponytail on the lower left side.

Just goes to show, even in UT, there are immutable differences between men and women.
