Just extract it with UMOD tool.
http://download.beyondunreal.com/filewo ... dtool2.exe
Oh! And after playing the beta 1, delete your UT log file. It will grow really big!

AWESOME WEAPONS!! PLEASE MAKE THIS CLIENT SIDE!!! IT'S AMAZING! . The only thing i would complain about is the long delay of fire for some weapons. And the shimmering light seems to be a little too much overkill 10,000 health, lol. But other than that, great graphics, and great particles that bounce, I personally like the Expander and Shrinker, but all of the other weapons were really good too, (especially the deep impact hammer )

Re: SWWM Platinum edition (Developement thread)
It's good to see you all again. I've been rather busy this week. I have two good news: The first one, is that I finished beta 2.
For the other one, go to my 'Instant Action' topic.
Beta 2 has many improvements:
-Removed 98% of all those 'Accessed None' errors.
-Sprite fx have been re-scaled, for better performance.
-A new feature: UBX 3 V2.5 Piñata, ported to SWWM Platinum.
-Insta-gib SWWM style: Superfast Expander arena!
And some stuff removed:
-Nekrodero
Planned things for next release (beta 3):
-10 more weapons.
-Replace the explosive enforcer (If you think I should do, of course...)
-One of the DM maps released.
-If I could make all the replication and stuff...

The delay is intentional, it's to control things a bit, or else the game would be even more destructive than excessive UT!The only thing i would complain about is the long delay of fire for some weapons

Things left to do:

Re: SWWM Platinum edition (Developement thread)
A quick note 'bout version 1.0:
-I'm no longer developing this mod. I leave all the scripts 'n stuff on your hands. If someone wants to contribute, pick this:
http://www.mediafire.com/?ym8z1xuyxvu
The new feature: The Mortal Cannon itself!!!

This means that you are not going to do these:
-The maps.
-Replication.
-Fully configurable.

Re: SWWM Platinum edition (Developement thread)
Err... you just get the pack, extract the files on their corresponding directories, run UT and select the **SWWM Gold** mutator from the mutators list.
And if you mean how do I play it. I just do all the above, pick all 32 bots and play on a huge map to make my GPU suffer.

Re: SWWM Platinum edition (Developement thread)
Err... Hello anyone?
I wouldn't really like this topic to be my first dead one at here... Someone say something, please.
And also... Has anyone even decided to contribute to SWWM Platinum?
If nobody doesn't want to, just say it! I think I could still make all by myself, but I would have to wait 3 years or so, until I have my own house, my own PC and my own internet connection.

My mission ultimate one is in that state too, don't worry so much. To pop things up, just make a video of the weapons and maps, with 1 or 2 screenshots and people will be more interested in it , just like I did
I just can't contribute anyhow due to my SP campaign and the new weapons and vehicles that I am modelling/skinning/scripting at the moment...

Uhm... UBX, remember, its HOLIDAY "What?! They gone ? " Yes they are gone. Not everyone is at home OR have UT at there holiday location or just no time for testing stuff. Believe me, be patient and take Feralidragon advice... make some shots, cause some people are lazy for checking stuff out Until they see how its looksUBX Master wrote:Err... Hello anyone?

You have to "sell" your mod/maps to people, make them curious with sneak previews and stuff, Just like in the Game industry (i dont mean SELL like you have to sell it for money)
EAT THOSE FRIGGIN BANANAS !!!!!
1000 MPH Studios MAY NOT play any ut99.org community mappack 2 map without George W. Bush explicit permission

Yeah, even in my clan I released a new map, but as almost everyone are on holiday, I only received a little feedback and some tips.
