That's now at https://hooksutplace.freeforums.net/ - so just a change of address rather than that forum going for good (though not a lot of recent activity in common with many others)?

Nope, Hook had both forums active at the same time, plus most of the others I've listed here as dead were forums he'd taken over that all went kaput around the same week.
