Is there any server modification to download client INIs

I am looking for a modification that will allow me to get the INIs of the clients. Is there anything like that? (I don't care about the adminlogin binds)

Why would you want those?
If they've got stuff you don't already have, or stuff you do with different setups, it seems to me that could screw up your own play.
