What happened to "Ghost in the Shell chase" map?

A member called Eviltom was working on this
awesome map, but it seems like the project just vanished without a trace (I might be wrong though).
Does anybody know anything about this map? Any download links?

It does look like it has vanished - Eviltom hasn't been on here since November last year.

That doesn't work anymore - just get a 'Server can't be found' error message.
