In that other thread I mentioned a map project where you fight and slide.
gopo/Jack had the idea to use the gravity of zones to pull the player into the right direction.
Slade helped me to create my very first own actor ...nothing special but it does the trick.
You both are awesome.

So far this new actor works very well ...I had to edit the Brushwork (I replaced it completely). The only concern are the bots ...they love to run but not to slide. Well, this will maybe my first map without proper Bot support. But it's a proof of concept map anyway.
To jump over ramps I'll use kicker actors.

Two sections are "finished". That little bit in the middle of nowhere is a part of the old brushes ...I kept it to have a example of the right angle the map will have afterwards.

Interested on the idea, hopeful to see if it works out. Good luck!

@Hook
It will be a rather different DOM experience... think more in direction of checkpoints. :wink:
I wasn't working on it the last days because of real life reasons. But I think I'll get it ready for testing before the Mapping Contest starts.
This map is not meant to be part of the contest.
