If you set in UT.ini or Mapvote.ini Settings=MaxPlayers=2
Then any extra players that join server should automatically be sent to Spectator.

Besides all the 'No' stuff a new addition is the LastingAmmo.
If this is set to True, then GiveAllWeapons will also become True.
All weapons and ammo is now removed from the game.
Now the player only gets the ammo he is spawned with at the start of the game and he must make it last till the end.
However the Player can replenish his ammo by picking up the weapon his opponent dropped when you kill him and
you get the ammo as if you picked up the weapon the first time added to you weapon of the same kind.
