BotPack.Boulder1 = Decoration (UT_Decoration more precisely).
UnrealI.Boulder1 = Projectile usually thrown by Titans and not killing any Titan.

I was operating some changes here and there some time ago, and I used later BotPack in front of others, this was generating a lousy actors tree. Anyway I will remove as much as possible dependencies to BotPack (MapGarbage looks ready...). If this BotPack is loaded later as other non-stock package, the messed up tree won't be created any more. However MHGen was duplicating bugged class into something null - I don't understand why did it happen.

MHGen use MonsterHunt. If be exactly all 4th titans. Which use subclass of UnrealI.Boulder1 as Projectiles.
All other look as your bad setup, because on my v436 it is exactly same as on my screen from v469b/c. No any empty items.

Yes, because you have BotPack added AFTER UnrealI and not in front of it. But right now I have learned well the lesson, if I have something else which I forgot to fix at UnrealShare/UnrealI I'll be able to fix and conform packages without any headache - once again you have a veery constructive topic here :tu: .
