I have that map but I don't have that package - it's a u file containing SpeedBoots.

It can be found here

In case anyone reading this is interested in the SpeedBoots - they do work in UT99 - the mesh used is the Unreal Jump Boots mesh. There is a trail effect when using the boots and they do, indeed, increase the 'Player's' speed considerably though the charge is limited.

To summon them into a map use ncroitms.SpeedBoots - they can also, of course, be placed in maps (though they may be mistaken for Unreal Jump Boots :P).

Looks like it was 'converted' to a UT DOM map not that long after the Unreal DM version was released and the person who converted it and/or put together the map pack forgot to include the ncroitms.u file.

The Unreal DM map works fine in UT99 - looks like a nice multi-level 'platform' floating in space - probably OK for 4/5 players - you can test out the SpeedBoots - just don't fall off :P
