One-tap dodge button mod?

So the new unreal tournament (UT4 or whatever you want to call it) is the first in the franchise to include the option of configuring a one-click dodge button, making dodging a hell of a lot easier. I was wondering if there's a mod that does the same thing for UT99? or if there's anything I can edit in the game files to pretty much have the same effect.
