Which zombies are the right zombies?

I've been playing, lately, MonsterHunt with the zombies mutator going on at the same time. It's been interesting.


The zombies screw up the monstercount and, not surprisingly...

...zombies are no match for dinosaurs.

Problem is that when I was selecting mutators I found I had 2 different versions, made, I think, by different people. I vaguely recall some kinda drama about this a stretch back... so let's clear this up.

I've got Zombies5 & TwT_Zombies.

Which are the real ones?

PS: I'm always impressed by EvilGrins' game screenshots: meteor showers, deemer books, unseen monsters and finally also dinosaurs vs zombies...which unreal universe is this ?

Both ...but Zombies5 is the fixed one by Mr.Loathsome.
TWT_Zombies drop into the map like items ...the Z5 standing up from the ground and many more fixes.

TWT is the original version that Loathsome and Gopostal based their rebuilds on.
Gopostal did the MallZombie variant, for mapping with.

I also favour zombies and dinosaurs (especially in DM-Kamah)
Somewhere I should have some shots of the zombies ganging-up on a Chaos turret.
Looks so funny, as it just looks like they are head-banging at a metal gig.

I have that but haven't played it in years. Think I'll give it a go when I get home.

It's a gametype built into MonsterMadness, most recent version I'm aware of. It's basically like ut2004's Invasion except it came out in the mid 1990's.

Monsters are all on the Red Team, I believe... or Blue. Been awhile since I played it.
