Hi all,
I've decided to make a voice pack as a warmup to get used to UnrealEd, this being the end result. It's just my voice! Huge thanks to big man Brendan for EQing all the audio when I was too lazy to do it.
The voice pack itself is a clone of the default Female Voice 1, same amount of voices. Simply install by extracting the ZIP's contents into the System folder. You may use this in your server if you for some reason actually want to. No need for credit, as the voice pack name already credits me.
(Pssst, only works on female models)

Technically.
If one were to cut & paste the setup for the voicepack onto a male model, it'd work.
Used to do that quite a bit with a particular model of I have on a bot which is supposed to be male but I thought a female voice would work best for it.

Not what I meant, I was referring to when I've edited the User.ini to manually edit a voicepack onto an opposite of the gender intended bot... but thanks to you, I now know that.
Although, in the event of hosted games... could not your way cause a file conflict?

afaik, no. never happened on my servers (where I hosted more than 10 voice packs).
