I downloaded the mod and setup a dedicated server from home following the instructions inside the readme.
ammo-count 9999
also on the servers in asia..
www.psychoservers.co.nz it is installed and seems to be working as intended.

If you're having the 20 ammo issue, it may be because you need to rename the Comboshock.ini to ComboShock.ini - On linux the filename case is extremely important.
