If you open it with the editor, you can see he started it as a Domination map, but gave up. There are still Defence points in it, and a few random unused walls, blocks and windows buried under things, and hanging in the air above the map.

It has a very nice layout, and would make a very good SP or Assault map, as you are forced around the city already.

My version of the map has embedded Vehicles, extra (real-world) machine-guns, and animal life (birds and rats). Also outside the map I have MegaTitans which deals with bots and players blown over the wall :satan:
I have started turning it into a CTF map, but have a few issues with bot-pathing in the hospital and the weed dealers shop. And as of my last re-build I now have annoying invisible walls or something. (I still have much to learn)

I can gather the bits together to give out a working distro of where I'm at. It may be unfinished, but it is lots of fun!

I know, it looks somehow like sp, but it will end up as a monsterhunt map later. I will try to add as much variation as possible. Mines, maybe a factory and hell yearh, of course a jungle part will follow as well. However I "have" to modell all the plants, palms and trees completly new, since the unrealshare foilage stuff sucks like hell. This will take time.
Since it is somehow hard to see something on these screens, some editor pics as well:

This part is somehow near the beginning and supposed to be a little bit "easier". Lots of supplies and less enemies. This however changes with progess to the level end. The gameflow might be delayed here and there through some boss battles. However, the map might not work as planned without Feralis scripting.

Ok... let the edits start:

The later start area. The escape pod from Unreal 1 crashed into pieces, the upper part of the "body" crashed with "you" in this cave. The rest is left behind on the surface outside the cave above.

I think nobody answered to your post because one can hardly see anything, even when the pictures are brightened. I do not only mean the brightness of the pics; it is hard to show an interesting cave in pictures, as one can only see one (or several similar colored) texture(s), which can't be avoided. Add the things that show variation (plants, wood, water, etc.) you already promised, then there will come more feedback.
Even with the extra (grass and ship wreck) in the last pic, the cave looks rather boring. Only striking lighting will annull that. I am sure you can do that.

For now I can only write: Decent job!, since every cave in the Unreal Engine looks like that :o

yup, it's in gamemaker, but I also want to create a simpler version in flash with the slv, but depends on the time I have.

Do not wonder, if you have to stop this thing. Something similar has been tried in the past, ok with Unreal. Sana from unrealsp.org asked for permisson to make an Unreal 1 like game for something like this. Answer obviously: NO!
