Of all the skins I made, the ones I hybridized from 2 skins into 1 have been my faves. Like the Cyborg Superman & the Composite Superman:

I have to bust out a calculator for exact measurements for these kinds of skins, but it's worth it.

Who made all of those?

It seems like custom pawns these days are really on the rise what concerns complexity.

They're not just regular unreal monsters with photoshopped skins anymore, are they? (except for the fire one)

Medor, why no pics of the Basilisk or the Chrysalid?

Those seem to be new too.

I see these XCOM pawns around a lot, and I have to ask, are they from the FPS game or just homebrewed?

No idea, but some of them kinda suck.

A full list would take time but a lot of them only have 10 health, no attacks, or are badly skinned. Although I've noticed that some have a boss version that's really good, compared to the sucks normal version.

Took the time:
This one has 5 health and it's slow, it flies which is a nice touch:

This has 10 health and can be killed in shot:
http://unrealtournament.99.free.fr/imag ... topod..JPG
The boss version is badass, tough as Hell:

Personal favorite, weak model with a great attack:
http://unrealtournament.99.free.fr/imag ... ectoid.JPG

It flies, same attack as previous one...
http://unrealtournament.99.free.fr/imag ... airbot.JPG
...but when it rushes at a target it winds up shooting itself, often to death.

Normal version is weak, boss is tough and powerful:

I love these guys!

Tough, fast, and fun:

Kinda worthless:

10 health, weak attack:

Boss version is amazing!

Most folks play MonsterHunt just for the slaughter of monsters, challenge or no, and don't appreciate the subtle bits.

MH-Arden is like a secondary mission. Before you engage the monsters there's these 2 little cabins off to the right, one of which has a journal on the table. If you walk up to it, you see a message from the guy that wrote the journal, the last thing he wrote, explaining the map and what you need to know.

In the 2 edits I made of this map I changed what the book said.

1st map, I added some stuff to measure the truly unbelievably powerful monsters I put onto it:
Image

2nd map, I went a slightly different way...

I may need professional help.

One of my most frustratingly favorite mappers is THUNDERBOLT, in that he makes amazing complex/beautiful maps but the man is not a fan of bots.

No bot pathing on any of them.

This MH-UM-DarkForest seems to be a simpler, earlier work. Bots play it fine if you have them follow you; all the trees/plants you can walk right through so they have the full run of the map:

Even the funny typos:

Map is good for blowing off steam but a crucial teleport doesn't work halfway into it, making it impossible to win the map as there's monsters you'll never find without it.
