:agree1: Of course! I like your idea, too.

@FnB, could I use the snow from your AlphaWoot?
if you mean the snow meshes, those are Swanky's... and since he's in this contest you can just ask him :D

Ask me. Currently juggling a mapping project, some miniature painting, working on a new story and some reallife things. And the games I want to play... :/ As it seems I need to redo the basics of my map, found out that my architectural ideas are not working as intended. Hopefully I can reuse the layout because it isn't really bad...

Ok I canceled my previous plan of reusing epics default map parts... I got inspired by GenMoKai's progress and I came to the conclusion... I want to remake a well known map in a winter theme.

To be precise ...MorpheusePeak ...I will mix in some Peak-ish visuals and the gameplay will change a little bit. But without changing the core gameplay of Morpheus.

so i didnt read the 7+ pages yet but I'm in!

So I'M guessing that a combo of some of my rooms connected with standard unrealtournament or unreal map rooms/corridors will fit the required designation. I wanted to do all my own stuff but as long as there are recognizable parts from previous maps it will be epicish.

I've found a few Christmas trees and snowmen decos, in some of the packs I've been hunting.
GiGGsY's Decorations is an example. I still do not have a proper distro, but you can easily find it on many clan sites and redirects if you search for "G_Decorations_v1.u"

Also check the William Sherriff tree pack (on my site), for a few snow covered trees.

You don't need to know someone to share.
I gave my thermal-gloves to a homeless guy.
He looked colder than I was, and I eventually bought another pair.

With the latest changes in my reallife (hey, I'll eventually release a book someday!), I cannot guarantee I'll finish the map. My apolgies.
